Registration Procedures

  1.  Display Summer Camp descriptions and student age ranges.
     
  2.  Display the 2012 summer camp schedule.
     
  3.  Print and fill-out the Summer Camp Registration Form.
     
  4.  Print and fill-out Liability Waver.
     
  5.  Enclosed payment check by mail before Monday, May 28, 2012.
     Alternatively, pay for summer camps using The Prometheus Academy PayPal page (major credit card or PayPal account).     Additional Options
